Adding to complexity, SAF are currently processed at refineries of fixed geographies, depending on origin, requiring additional logistics cost, time and carbon footprint. This makes it costly, less accessible and available to some airports.

Unlike a standardized product specification in conventional jet fuels, SAF blends vary in product types and compositions. This leads to new complexities on logistical operations, product inventory, volume forecasting and even the fuel hedging process. We simplify operations, by enabling the option to blend on-demand, flexibly at site.

3 HRS BEFORE DEPARTURE
A key metric in airline operations is fast turnaround and refuel time. We enable this with rapid order-to-fulfilment, with on-demand blending, certification and distribution. Even easier, we integrate with existing fuel farms, infrastructure, and refuel operations. There are no disruptions to existing into-plane services for airlines.
We deploy our assets and tie-in with existing fuel farms with minimal real estate footprint and modifications needed. We deploy our experts to conduct site studies, safety, ergonomic and risk assessment, and integrate operating protocols with existing operations. Our advanced manufacturing systems are digitally integrated for a seamless fuel management process, with the flexibility to scale-up to future growth in SAF demand capacities.

Conventional blending facilities are heavy on CAPEX, OPEX and asset-intensive, yet only offers limited geographical coverage. Our patented technologies allow SAF blends to be directly manufactured for airports, simplifying the supply chain, logistic spends, inventory and carbon footprint.
With our advantage in technology cost, scale-up flexibility and rapid deployment time, we can pass on these savings to airlines and passengers - reducing the cost barrier towards flying green.
